I was in the process of recording conversations with people from different walks of life and modalities for a podcast I was creating about somatic, out-of-the-box ways of recovering from shock and trauma and how seismic changes can sometimes create addictions, disorders, challenging relationship dynamics, etc... I wanted these conversations to be soulful, funny, enlightening, and relatable, and like a re-remembering of our wholeness, even when we felt shattered...
Then the world turned upside down, and doing a podcast no longer felt right. So... these are recorded LIVE conversations with amazing people about topics such as sex, money, plant medicine, NLP, Shibari rope play, epigenetics, and so much more.
